I'm using flow cytometry with PI staining to analyze cell cycle arrest of Drosophila S2 cells after irradiation. Then, in every treatment including control (normal culture), the number of cells in G2/M phase is more than in G0/G1 cells. However, as far as I researched, there is no article about that. In lots of cases, ratio of G0/G1 cells is more than ratio of G2/M cells. If you've met same things or seen similar reports, please contact me.
