I am currently working the RdRp of Ebola. I need to assess the binding site of the nucleotide in the L protein of the virus. As the crystal structure of the Ebola L protein is not available in PDB, I have looked for other -ve sense RNA viruses, but their crystal structures, do not have any nucleotides as ligands. So, I was wondering if a +ve sense ssRNA can be used to study the binding, or the sense of the genome varies the binding of the nucleotide.

Thank you in advance.
