Quantum started (pre 1960) with weird explanations of the math and large ensembles of particles.

Then came Aspect and entanglement (ca 1980) with Bell's inequality requiring 2 or more particles.

Now the next step is to become fully ``realistic'' (more intuitive) by modeling causality and superluminal signal speed with characteristics of 1 particle. More ``realistic'' suggests have an analogy with classical modeling.
