But: we need mentally-philosophically precision. Only when Pain has as causa prima the peripheral input, e.g. entrapment of peripheral nerves, we would be able to cure the pain-syndrom through decompression and neurolysis of blocked nerves. Otherwise we swim in a sea of medicaments with the irreal idea to be able to influence the consequences of entrapment chemically or psychologically. The real possibility to cure pain-syndromes was hidden behind the confusional thinking. "Complex interplay" means only: We don't know the causa prima. We don't know why. Such thinking can't be evidence based medicine. We need "MENTALISTS" IN SCIENCE
