I tried searching for the journal's name on the list of predatory journals but I find it hard to find it and the list is very long. Thank you for answering my question.
The journal “International Journal of Science Annals” is relatively new. So, inclusion in either a blacklist or whitelist is because of this unlikely. However, I see some good signs for this journal:
-Member of DOAJ https://doaj.org/
-Free of charge
-Papers have received and acceptance info and DOI is legit (and working)
-Decent editing of the papers
The only red flag or at least negative thing I see is:
-Indexing info (https://ijsa.culturehealth.org/index.php/en/home/indexing) contains (besides good things like DOAJ) a number of so-called misleading metrics like Cosmos factor, DRJI which they should get rid off
But then again looking at for example https://ijes.world/en/magazine-information/creation-history where one can conclude that the people behind this journal/initiative are around for already quite some time, I don’t see indications that this might be a predatory journal.
