Dear all,
I am currently looking for examples of molecules produced by Nature (not synthetically obtained in a laboratory) which enantiomeric forms have different biological effects on an organism. For example, (S)-isomer would lead to inhibition of one enzyme while the other enantiomer would participate to production of peptide.
For now, I do exclude examples like Thalidomide (where one isomer is for morning sickness and the other produces teratogenic effects) as it is obtained via laboratory process.
Publications to justify your argument are welcomed!

D-carvone and L-carvone smell very different. D-carvone is dill, L-carvone is spearmint.
thalidomide. This substance used in different drugs has two enantiomers, one of which has sedative and anti-nausea effects (especially in pregnant people), while the other has teratogenic effects.

I was more looking for examples like L-serine which is an amino-acid with lot of application while D-serine is used as neurotransmitter and not synthetic examples. :)
