I tried creating decoys for in silico docking using the web tool, Database of Useful Decoys: Enhanced (DUD-E) Generate. (http://dude.docking.org/generate)The result was a file emailed to me containing an empty directory; no decoys were generated. I tried testing by submitting several requests to "Generate Decoys"; all of them failed similarly. Am I doing something wrong, or does this web tool not work?
You should check the SMILE format that you're pasting or uploading as a text file.
Required format: one SMILES per line, optionally followed by white space and an identifier.

Anu Manhas , Thank you for the suggestion. I checked the format and even submitted the example. Still, every time I get an empty decoys directory. Is it working correctly for you?
