Dear Friends, the 117th finding in my TOU (Theory of Universality) is that the speed of dark energy, and the speed of light at the periphery of the cosmos (a radius of 258.72 Trillion Trillion light years) are 4.02 x 10^19 m/s and 1.2196 x 10^15 m/s respectively ( they are 9.887 x 10^12 m/s 3 x 10^8 m/s at our OU: Observable Universe). The dark energy speed is due to the space out flow radially from the CCBH, and the light speed is due to the venturi flow of space perpendicular to the radial flow of space. The speed of light at our OU is derived by my Theory and is shown to agree with experimental result. The dark matter speed at the periphery of the Cosmos is nearly 2.1456 x 10^23 m/s, which means it is more than the expansive dark energy and can still contain the expansion of the Cosmos. Thanks. To be published in the next Annexure.
