I think that the numbers are in agreement with the ExpiCHO maximun cells density (that is in the range of 10-14 milion/ml) and with the lenght of your cutlure.
Of course after 10 days some death cells are present but the viability is not so bad and i think you can try to proceed with purification.
just some questions about your protocol: Are you replacing the media or adding the feed during those 10 days? Are you perfroming the transfection at 32°C or 37°C?

Dear Manuele Martinelli regarding your question I didn’t replace media during 10 days, also i added the feeds at the beginning of the 10 days 4-6 h after transfection according to protocol.
incubation in 10 days was preformed in 32 C
