Is the 3 item PEG (Pain Enjoyment General Activity) in the public domain--free to use (e.g. does not require license).

Judging from the fact that the scale is online complete with scoring instructions at a university website, I think you can safely assume so. I was looking at

Generally if they're not true open access, you'll be led to a paying site or one that requires verification of credentials..
