How to stain Payer Patches lymphocytes for confocal microscopy?

Hi folks! I'm trying to stain for Tfh and B cells on PP for confocal microscopy but I don't have a good protocol. Also, is it better to use OCT or paraformaldehyde/sucrose? A working protocol would be appreciated! Thanks a lot!
