There are different frameworks for technology integration that follow best practice (e.g., TIP, TPACK, SAMR), but are these applicable to online delivery or should different frameworks be used online?

Facilitation of virtual space and time connect is plus point of any technology tool.
In simple term, a student can be away from class room and can still be connected to learning process or at any time can continue to learn if they had missed the real time session.
There can be no replacement to F2F experience, however to dissipate learning to all with an inclusiveness over bearing all difficulties, open learning is the best option to which technology supports wonderfully.
The best practices framework are all evolved based on situations and vary with people's preference.
