Yes. Web of Science database having papers dating back to 1900, but at present number of journals higher in Scopus database .
In WoS there are 79 million (Core Collection) and 171 million (Platform), >21,894 journals + books and conference proceedings (Core Collection) and > 34,888 journals + books, proceedings, patents, and data sets.
where are 82.4 million from 34,346 are peer-reviewed journals in Scopus. The PubMed deals only biomedical literatures.
Coverage is the main difference between these databases. You have to select the database for your bibliometric study according to your needs.

The reviewers asking why Scopus not WOS.
As they say in the previous comments, the coverage of years is broader in WoS, therefore it has more alternatives to retrieve information, but the largest number of publications that WoS includes in this period are focused on those published in the United States. On the other hand, Scopus includes a greater number of journals than WoS, also a greater indexing of years, therefore the number of citations increases and with this a greater visibility is generated. One problem with Scopus is that many of the indexed journals are under an agreement with an institution and with this there is a risk that a significant part of the articles will not be cited. From a particular point of view, Scopus lacks greater elements of metric analysis than WoS already has very well structured.
