I depends on which 12 genes (biomarkers) you are using and which controls. Medullo can be caused by multiple pathways, so given the correct 12 genes you could identify it very specifically. Shortcomings? Not too many, however you could back up your results with ISH (commonly done) or a Western, if you have good antibodies for some of the markers.

Molecular classification were not done in China. So I want to do this in China to help MB patients.
