11 November 2015 8 4K Report

An article in the MetroNews/Vancouver, BC, Canada/Nov 09, 2015 titled "100 M facing poverty" about World Bank report saying "Ciimate Change could push more than 100 million people into extreme poverty by 2030" highlights the need to protect the poor from climate change....And the coming conference is expected to come up with solutions

What this means to me:

a) We will make sure the poor does not get poorer and we will help them to survive climate change;

b) Let's future generations deal with the  human/market causes of poverty and climate change and today we just miminize emissions and maximize storage and we will be fine.

Who is helping who? is poverty being used to help climate change? or is it climate change helping the poor?

What do you think?
