Pantoea dispersa.
Pantoea species are primarily plant pathogens. Still now the Pantoea dispersa has not been reported as a causative organism for neonatal sepsis.

Quite interestingly, I recently isolated a strain of Pantoea dispersa from some papaya samples. So, I am also suspicious of this pathogen now.
