I don't think that Olig2 is expressed in mature oligos (stained by mbp), but only in progenitors. It may not be perfect but it remains the best marker for these in all the brain areas. It is also expressed in some spinal cord neurons, at least during development. The other one in NG2, which is much more difficult to use. In general, it is hardly possible to define a cell type by a single marker.

Hi, If you wish to label all oligodendroglial cells (from the oligodendrocyte precursor cell to the mature oligodendrocyte), you can use the Sox10 antibody. Its specific of oligodendroglial cell in the central nervous system

Tubulin polymerization promoting protein p25  (TPPP/p25) is a fairly nice and specific marker of mature oligodendrocytes. I have no expertise with it on maturating or embryonic oligos. Probably it is worth an attempt. Here are some publications in human and mice.

I've seen double staining using Olig2/CC1 for mature oligodendrocytes

In some paper, people used CC1 as a marker for matured oligodendrocytes, however some other used Olig2/CC1 double staining for marking matured oligodendrocytes. Actually, I'm also in confusion about which one is the best for labeling matured oligodendrocytes. Can anyone please recommend me a specific marker for matured Oligos.

Olig2 (and Olig1) antibodies stain OPCs and mature oligodendrocytes. However, at least Olig2 is not exclusive to oligodendrocytes. Olig2 also stains a subset of astrocytes, although it is down-regulated postnatally with time such that by P21 in mice, that subset of astrocytes no longer expresses Olig2.
