multi path TCP is a technique which enable single tcp connection to reach destination from multiple interface or multiple route. so the question is how much network routing protocol affect the MPTCP capacity ? should some special kind of routing protocols be deployed for more efficiency of MPTCP ?

Multipath TCP (MPTCP) is an ongoing effort of the Internet Engineering Task Force's (IETF) Multipath TCP working group, that aims at allowing a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connection to use multiple paths to maximize resource usage and increase redundancy.In January 2013, the IETF published the Multipath specification as an Experimental standard in RFC 6824.
The redundancy offered by Multipath TCP enables inverse multiplexing of resources, and thus increases TCP throughput to the sum of all available link-level channels instead of using a single one as required by plain TCP.
Multipath TCP is particularly useful in the context of wireless networks - using both Wi-Fi and a mobile network is a typical use case. In addition to the gains in throughput from inverse multiplexing, links may be added or dropped as the user moves in or out of coverage without disrupting the end-to-end TCP connection.

If you aren't using a multipath routing protocol, for the point of view of the routing protocol, MTCP and TCP is the same.
The advantage of the MTCP is if you have several interfaces, for example you have a node with two wifi interfaces, you can use MTCP and send the tcp connection to the next node using both interfaces simultanously, but, you aren't using multipath routing the next node will be the same for both links.
what if we have single interface with multiple path ? what routing algorithm can find multiple path to destination when only single interface is available?
In this case, it should be possible that every flow could use a different path. But in this case, in wireless environment, the performance usually will be bad because, even if the paths are different, the nodes are going to produce inter-flow interferences and collisions.
