Is microextraction by packed sorbent (MEPS) can be used for high concentrations of an analyte?

In MEPS about 4mg of sorbent material is packed between two frits inside a 250 uL syringe.

Is it possible to analyze an analyte (for example hippuric acid) in concentrations ranged from 25 to 200 ug/mL in urine samples using 4 or 5 mg of a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP)? or higher mg of MIP is required?

MIP capacity is changing with every batch. The manufacturer should give you the capacity. If you do not have this information, you need to perform a breakthrough experiment.
