Is it suitable for using 10 ul liters as an innoculation volume for spread plating?

I am trying to work on a CFU/OD calibration curve for Pichia stipitis BCRC 21777 and I need to do spread plating in the process,usually when I use 100 ul it takes too long and very tiring. I am really looking forward to your expert opinions.
