Many people upload their research work in arxiv at a stage when their work is in progress but not fully completed. After submitting the work in arxiv, does editorial board of a journal where the manuscript has been submitted make any objection?

This depends on the journal. As far as I know most journals wouldn't mind the work being made public in the form of a preprint prior to submission. The ones which don't allow this, would make an explicit rule on their information to the author.
