Your peptide is basic,so no. of charges of peptide is in between 10 to 25% in correspondence to total no. of residues. I thing 25% acetic acid is more suitable for stabilization of basic peptide,if you have to choose more concentrated then it is difficult to remove by lyophilization. So this is not enabels to recovery of peptide from that solvent.
Instead of acetic acid, you prefer methanol or acetonitrile for solubilization of basic peptide.
