Your paper is about the usage of SSR in wheat genetic diversity. I have already known that SSR can be used in plants and forensic. I want to know if we can use SSR to investigate bacterial diversity in soils by uncultured method. Anyway, Thanks for your answer.
Thank you so much for your answer. I checked your paper and it was found that the authors used SSR marker for isolated Fusarium species. In my case, I want to extract total DNA from soils and use SSR marker to investigate the bacterial diversity in that soil like T-RFLP. Therefore, I would like to get some reference papers to follow the idea and to get primers. Anway, thanks much for your kind help.
Thanks much for your answer. I have done T-RFLP and sequencing to investigate the bacterial diversity in soil. But, now, I cannot do these methods bcoz of some inconvenient. And, I can do only SSR in our lab, so, I would like to know that we can use SSR markers in bacterial diversity in soil or not. I am clear now bcoz of your answer. Thank you.
