Is there any equipment that would allow me to stimulate from two points at the skull, using lower stimulation intensities but targeting a deeper structure where the stimulation effects would overlap and create an over-the-threshold stimulus? In a manner similar to the techniques used in radiation medicine? This would be very useful for mapping the language connections in the white matter.

My understanding is that one cannot project 'subthreshold' fields using TMS in a similar way to radiation medicine or two-photon microscopy. With TMS, there is no way to avoid the strongest part of the field being closest to the coil. The 'deep' TMS coils have a more gradual dropoff of field strength, so that a higher percentage of the discharge reaches deeper structures. But the cortical surface still gets the highest 'dose' of TMS...
As for 'adding' the field strength of two (or more) TMS coils, I have been told by physicists that this doesn't work for magnetic fields - but my lack of understanding of their explanation means that I am not fully convinced! I still think it will be possible to do this.

It is a deep rTMS multi-coil device by my understanding. The physician who founded it presented at the APA meeting last year.
