Is it possible to provide the value of "Average surface density of quantum dots (Ns)" in Silvaco?

I'm designing a p-i-n cell in Silvaco Atlas...with InGaAs dots in the intrinsic region...is it possible to provide the value of "average surface density of dots" in the material parameters?

If yes, what is the appropriate way for that?
