I am working on an organ on chip model. For my work I need thermoresponsive and also reversible hydrogel. I am thinking to use GelMA for endothelial cell Addison though its thermoresponsive and gets gelatin at 37 degree. But I am not sure that it is reversible or not that means by changing the temperature, may I convert the solid gelatin state into liquid for easy removal? If anyone has any suggestions please give your valuable responses and also about any other hydrogel which is thermoresponsive and reversible.
