Hello every body. I want to know Are there countries or organizations where provide the precipitation rate of a country or an area only by satellite?
The Global Precipitation Mission data can be used for this purpose, but I believe you would have to cut out the sections of the data which overlap the area of interest.

You can provide total column precipitable water vapor from MODIS data.To gain more information, you can refer to the following publication.
