I want to optimize some parameters of a RLC circuit simulated in a MATLAB simulink environment. Is it possible to run an optimization program where optimized parameter values will be updated to RLC simulink ckt for every iteration of the optimization program running. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
You may use "set_param" function to change the parameters of your RLC circuit followed by "sim" function to run your model in a for loop.
you can perfrom optimization inside Matlab. Each parameter given to Simulink can be considered as input variable in an alghoritm written in the m.file. The output of the m-file became the objective function. Running repeted simulation in a "for" stantment, for example, can give you the possibility to perform a Montecarlo simulation able to optimize the objective function with respect to the input variables, chosing according to parameter-sample space.

All ideas given above may work. I think Patrizia's answer is suitable for your work.
You may also use the Embedded MATLAB Function block and write your m-file in that block add the constraints as per your requirements and simulink itself solve the above problem.
You may also go for the S-function which connect simulink to the m-file.

Is it possible to take Simulation output (using to workspace block, After run the simulation in Matlab simulink) as an Objective function ?
Yes, using the 'to workspace block' can return a value to Matlab's workspace, which can be used as the value of your objective function. Don't forget to declare that variable as a 'global' variable to deal with multiple workspaces if you are running an m-file.

Dear Suman Debnath and Aalim M. Mustafa ,
do the following instruction to simulate your optimization problem
1- make an m-file and named it "RunMe"
2- make a Simulink file (named it "MySim") and put your block diagram, make sure that you write R, L and C in the value of the blocks
3- in the Simulink, make your error signal ( e.g. for ISE, put an u^2 block then integral for your error signal), then put the "out" port for your performance index output
4- in the m-file, your optimization variables are R, L, and C, so write your optimization code for input error that sim("MySim.slx") will give you, and in each iteration, change R, L and C values.
