It all depends on what "quite high" means, since Arduinos are fast, but they have their limits. For elevated data acquisition you may want to jump to FPGA. In case you can settle within the capabilities of an arduino, Labview has a free VI library with a pretty good range of functions already created which is pretty intuitive to use, as noted above.

Let's look at the technical aspects of Arduino and R-Pi as I do not think NI-LabView would be imposing any limiting factor(/s) since the main acquisition would be carried out by these boards only.

The governing point is how fast Arduino or for that matter Pi would be able to upload the data to LabView and hence to your PC or other host computing platform.

Now coming back to Pi, it again gives you limited interface options through I2C, SPI, RS232 using Tx and Tx lines and few digital I/Os. You will have to figure out as whether this interface is adequate to your needs or not.

If you want any faster data acquisitions may be both analog and digital, yes you will have to look for some alternate solutions.

It is not clear from you as what high speed data transfer you intend to use.

if Data transfer rate is very high, for example you intend to transfer video data, then Arduino won't be a good choice. Even if you are being able to transfer it, speed might be significantly low.

Go for Yourduino rather than Arduino. The coding interface is same but Yourduino is 10 times powerful than typical Arduino

integrating arduino with Labview is possible through a serial communication, but if you need high data transfer rate in your application, I'm afraid that will not be a good idea.
