There is a lot of literature on heterojunctions, but I have not find an appropriate article that shows the one pot synthesis of both of these components (TiO2 and Cu).
One pot synthesis of both of these components is extremely difficult but you can try electrospum technique. Probably you will get cu nanostructure and TiO2 nanowires.
We successfully anchored Zro2, Nio, Zno onto activated carbon. While anchoring NiO, we observed the presence of Ni on the carbon surface. For successful anchoring the carbon must have more graphitic content, which may help a lot during the carbothermal reduction process... Cu and Tio2 can be supported onto activated carbon...
