Hello,
I am working on stress analysis of a 2D plate. I want to get an output from Abaqus, similar to the attached figure. In this figure, two dimensions correspond to the coordinates (x and y) of each node and the third dimension shows the Von Mises stress of each node.
Is Abaqus able to do this?

Nope. But you can use python scripting to read out the values and coordinates and create a data file that you plot with other software.
You can do a simple contour plot with Abaqus, usually this should be sufficient.
