As AI systems grow more advanced, are used more broadly, and take on greater autonomy in vital fields like cybersecurity, biological research, and healthcare, it becomes essential to ensure they operate safely and remain aligned with human values. With the global rise in data protection regulations, individuals—referred to as data subjects—now have the right to request the deletion of their personal information from databases. This right to erasure, also known as the right to be forgotten, carries important consequences for AI systems. For instance, a system might include an interface that enables an operator to oversee its functioning and step in when needed. Additionally, a process can be established to allow a data subject to halt or reverse the system’s actions if an issue arises. In view of this & the rising demand for "Unlearn AI" there is urgent need for a global legislation on regulating ai so that humans have the ability to control an AI system
