Of course, Israel as a sovereign State with full autonomy should and must abide by the International Convention and other Treaties of Fundamental Human Right being a Signatory to said Conventions. Israel as a Country owe a duty to respect the sanctity of life and Properties of the Member States as envisaged in article 8 and the Hague Convention on the Civil aspect of international Child Abduction. Even Article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights recognizes and Protects the right to Life of all Human beings. The right to Life is the supreme right from which no derogation is allowed under any circumstance even under armed conflicts and other act of War. While on the other hand, Hamas is just an organization with its own ideology pursuing it cause even though not recognized by the international community and therefore not bound by the International Convention and other Treaty.

So in principle you suggest organizations like Hamas actions should be ignored or even if repeated there should be no action again it or its radical members since its registration is not recognized. Implies that all unlawful organizations are at liberty to not follow any rules of war, commit attrocities but sovereign states must deal with them at arms length..

I mean Hamas should be made to face the wrath of the Law cause their act of kidnapping, humiliating and killing of innocent lives is not acceptable and should be condemned.They should be treated otherwise as they dont even respect the law
