You have to, first, define the entrapment type (homogeneous or heterogeneous), then with the state of phases of the liquid in the inclusion (solid, liquid, and vapor) you can asses the entrapment conditions for pressure and temperature. Then you can use it as a geo-barometer. (Diamond, 2003)
