I am facing a situation where there is one independent variable with one level only, while a single moderator has multiple levels (≥2), and there are three dependent variables. Is it possible to test such a model using experimental design. If yes, what category would such an experiment fall into? Please share any examples if possible.
This is not an experiment unless you assign people to the two moderator conditions, if which case you will produce 3 correlations for each those conditions.

If your principal IV has only one level, it is a constant in your study, not a variable. As such, you won't be able to make any statements about whether it influences any of the DVs, directly or indirectly. You can say that (to the degree your sample is representative of the target population) the influence of the moderator variable is (whatever you happen to observe in your results) with respect to the three DVs you are exploring when participants have that specific level of the "IV" attribute.
I agree with David Morgan that the study isn't an experiment if you don't manipulate at least one upstream variable.
