In fluorimetry tests with Pyrene probe (as fluorescent material), in first test the fluorescence emission was measured by 5 nm bandwidth, but in second test the emission was out of range and we have to reduce bandwidth to 3 nm. Is it possible to compare these two measurements together?
what do you mean with out of range? can't you reduce the emission signal
the bandwidth is important when it is large compared to the width of the emission bands There are spectra for the compound (I myself measured ages ago). In case the bandwidth is smaller intensity scales with slitwidth AREA.
You should certainly consult a very basic experimental spectroscopy textbook

You do not have to literally iterate your question.
The issue is whether the bandwidth is small compared to the structures in the emission spectrum; when this is the case the two intensities differ by a factor equal to the square of the bandwidth /slit-width of the monochrome as I already mentioned.
You may also be able use a (calibrated) grey filter to reduce the excitation intensity or detection intensity
