I received one journal paper for revision and I found the authors cited one conference paper which is not published yet. So I am wondering is it possible to do that or not? if it is possible, how I can be sure the reference which is cited related to that topic?

Yes, it's possible. It's just that the volume number, issue number, and page numbers aren’t yet known. Have a look at this link: 'If you’re adding an article to your list that has been accepted for publication in a periodical, but hasn’t yet been printed, your reference list entry should look like this:

you can add the website instead of journal details. Most of the journals are accepting this format of reference list in the manuscript.
