I have deformed and un deformed coordinates of the sample. Is it possible to use this data to get the strain or stress generated in ABAQUS or any of the software.
Please note: The coordinates (x,Y,Z)are available in excel sheets and I am able to import the data to make the part in software succesfully. But can I use the deformed and undeformed coordinates to see the stress variation in any Software?

Sure, The main concept of FEM is to calculate the deformations from stiffness matrix and load vector and then use the deformations to get the straining actions.
You need to know some information about your elements
1- degrees of freedom of element nodes
2- shape function ( relation between deformations at the nodes and inside element)
3- section proprieties (line section dimensions OR area thickness)
4- material proprieties ( E, v, G for linear elastic behavior and more for advanced behaviors )
So, as you can see,theoretically, you can do it manually, for small models with simple linear elastic behavior, but for complicated geometries or advanced non-linear or plastic behavior it will be too difficult to calculated even using excel sheets.
