It concerned turbines, and they used English words for 'bafflar', that I don't remember.
The English translation for "bafflar" is probably "deflector". I just came across a publication focus on the efficiency improvement of a vertical-axis wind turbine with an upstream deflector. This idea might solve out my problem. Thanks for your reply. Both of you.
