I would highly appreciate your opinions. My question is: is it plagiarism or self-plagiarism if you use the exact same Figure with the same title, source, and notes? For example, let's assume that I wrote a working paper or published a paper in a journal about the topic "A" and used Figures 1,2, and 3. If I reuse them again on my second paper which is about the topic "B" (but still very close in theme) is it self-plagiarism or plagiarism? If it is, what would you suggest to do in order to minimize plagiarism risk? Thank you beforehand.

As I know it is called self-plagiarism. You'd better not use the same figures or tables and you have to paraphrase the sentences carefully using one of the plagiarism checker softwares. The Majority of the journals may not accept your work if you send manuscript "B" as a new submission without paraphrasing.

Yes, it will be treated as self-plagiarism. Please avoid using those as it is. You can modify and reuse. However, there should be some now element and concept in the Figures.

Journals treat this case as self-plagiarism. It is good to capture many pictures during the experimentation so that different pictures can be used for the same theme. One possibility to use the the same figure is to give proper citation of your previous article.

If you want to use exactly the same figure, to avoid plagiarism you should use the permission request of that figure from the published journal, if the journal is open access this permission request is not obligatory and only you should cite the mentioned paper. But for the sentences, title, caption you can not use exactly the same one and you should paraphrase all sentences and write own word
