I did check its solubility properties and I found the value of 400 mg/mL = 400 g/L, but despite that, I always observe some crystals in the solution i'm preparing, and it only as a 6 % w/v concentration. Is this normal?
Considering insufficient information regarding your experiments of, e.g. procedure and condition, I would guess following possible cause of crystals in the water solution: 1) the condition is different between your exp. for solubility (400g/l) and in 6% w/v, e.g. water can be anti-solvent and encourage precipitation; 2) crystals can be in different physical forms, which solubility can be much lower than the value you have got; 3) different forms can be generated from your original sample with component(s) in solution.
