I want to model several steel frames in opensees and my desire output is interstory drift angles, in a few papers I saw they didn’t model panel zone and in many of papers I saw they had modeling of panel zone; what shall I do?

it's not essential to model panel zone in steel moment resisting frames. you can ignore its effect on seismic behaviour.

It depends on the purpose of your project. In general, the prediction of structural behavior is closer to reality using more accurate models but panel zone modeling is usually used when nonlinear behavior of the structure is estimated by concentrated plasticity in order to investigate the structural collapse or fragility curves.
