Magnetic nano-particles due to strong magnetic force disperse with great difficulty and under go aggregation very fast and lose their sensing ability. because of this it is difficult to use these dispersion for UV measurements how this problem can be over come?
You can used UV vis spectrometer with DRS attachement that is diffused reflectaance spectroscopy . There you can directly use powder sample.No need to have dispersion.
The open question with such an arrangement is whether you will be able to adequately interpret the result of such a measurement, without also knowing the spectral properties of a well-dispersed specimen. It really depends on what information you seek and to which precision it is required.
Transmission experiments on well-dispersed samples allow you to apply Lambert's law and to extract the extinction coefficient to within a numerical constant (related to concentration). With agglomerated specimens it is much less obvious what to do.
Diffuse reflectance measurements are often interprete by means of the Kubelka-Munk formalism or some extension of it (K-M theory is VREY rough). It is important to study what you can and what you cannot expect from such an approach.
