I am preparing myself for higher education in Europe, specially in Germany. I am doing some researches & publishing them in different journals. But, I don't have any conference paper. Is only journal publication enough for me?
I would have thought it best to check with the institution(s) where you are applying. But really I would not expect a master's candidate to have any publications. Publications would be part of the master's degree outputs rather than an admission requirement.
I agree with the above opinion. Also, many institutions do not consider conference papers as publications and believe they should not be in biomedical CVs. So at least no organization will consider them a necessity
I cannot imagine having a journal publication or conference presentation is a requirement to gain admission into a Master's degree program. However, if the degree is research based a common question in the application process is to ask you what research projects you have worked on as well as what research topics interest you and what you intend to do research in.
