Spot analysis and confirmation of data by other methods have been reported in valuable articles. is it necessary or only is the additive method?
To my oppinion the validation, of differences that have been obtained by a proteomics approach, is madatory. Western Blotting is one of the ways.
I think yes specially in diagnosis and medical purposes.
Thanks dear Miriam
Thanks dear Yannis
Please discuse about other methods except western blot for confirmation of 2DE results
