Is it important to publish an article in ISI journals or justly journals indexed in scopus or pubmed are sufficient?
It depneds on the purpose. For your promotion you should refer to the University policy. Paper in Pubmed allows your research to be seen by other researchers. But, an paper in high IF journals maybe more important for academic purpose.
