No, the Lorenz force will help charge particles spiral in a magnetic field
as in Tokamaks, away from walls of the container. But Prestons remark
also holds. The Lorenz force has to do with charge by itself.
You would have to use electrons or protons, both have spin and magnetic moment also.
What a magnetic field does is align spins, as in magnets or paramagnets. The spin spin interactions also exist.

Let me clarify my question: In a magnetic bottle, a charged particle gets reflected from the ends of the bottle due to the presence of a force acting on it. However, this force cannot be attributed to the Lorentz force caused by the charge of the particle. The Lorentz force is always perpendicular to the velocity of the charge and does not perform any work. Is this understanding correct? If so, it is the magnetic moment of the particle, rather than its charge, that is responsible for this reflection.

You are right. Note that despite the impression given by its general formulation (F=e(E + v×B), for straight line motion the Lorentz force equation fundamentally involves the induction of equal density of both E and B fields increments that defines the particle velocity increase in straight line, as analyzed in Section 5 of the following article, redefining the Lorentz force equation as Equation (25).
It is the addition of the external bottle magnetic field that causes the particle to remain captive in its tight spiralling curved trajectory, as analyzed in Section 9, the Bottle magnetic field being separately identified and measurable with Equation (84):

I have no idea where this comes from, but this statement is in direct contradiction with all established facts. All characteristics of charged particles, including the neutron, can be established from Maxwell's equations and the Lorentz force equation.
