Hello Sami, I would include future work after conclusions for a conference paper because it is highly likely that it can be improved and later published in a journal. Or if I have been discussing limitations of the study, I should include future work and suggest how to overcome the limitations that I cannot do at present. Our work is based on the efforts of others before us, and becomes a basis for new work. Will this help you to decide? Thanks for the question. Cheers.😊

Is it good practice to include "future work" in a conference paper after "conclusions"?
You should because:
future work is closely related to your research limitation - if you can pen down your research limitation in the conference paper, you should also include future work / recommendation how you might want to bridge the gap in future.
future work also prompt you to think or offer you a second chance how to redeem yourself / rectify the errors / mistakes in your current research without empirically doing it i.e. sounds like asking you "if you are allowed to re-do the same research again, how you will do it differently?"
reading the future work in your conference paper also offer new opportunities / ideas for other researchers to embark on new research for further knowledge contribution.
I think there should be few suggestions for future works after conclusion but it is not necessary to include it in a separate section. It may be a paragraph in the conclusion section. If you write some suggestions, it signifies that you have understood your limitations or you are aware of possible improving areas or you have alternate idea in your mind as well.
May I be cynical about this? One needs a "future work" section if one wants the research to remain funded. Wouldn't want sponsors or potential sponsors to get the impression you're done, right?
