Is it essential to bubble aCSF with CO2 5%/O2 95%? How to do it in a easy/cheap way?

I'm planning to prepare aCSF for the first time but I dont know exactly how to bubble the CO2. As I saw here in Q&A a lot of people was having problems with pH, what was suggested to be because of not bubbling the CO2. Any help about that? What would be the best/easiest/cheapest way of having aCSF? Thanks!
