Dear Giuseppe, thank you, but my question is not about the cause of systolic dysfuntion. Systolic dysfunction is mesured by ejection fraction or shortness fraction of the global ventricle. The contractility is a codiction of the cardiac fiber (cardiomyocite). Is correct the inference that dystolic function is similiar to reduced contractility? In the past contractility was considered a experimental feature. For this reason, in angiocardiography is used systolic deficit or hipokinetic ventricle. I would like that Professor Tucci (Brazil) wrote an answer, if possible.
Thank you again, Giuseppe. I agree with your opinions. I call the Prof Tucci for discussion with the aim to enrich this very discussed topic. He has experience with experimental research. Excuse me if I was indelicate.
